This page explains what happens with your data when you use sjoerdmaas.com. I keep this simple on purpose: I collect the minimum needed to reply to you, and nothing more.

What I collect
The contact form on this site asks for your name, email address, the type of enquiry, and an optional message, event name and date if you're enquiring about a speaking engagement. That's all this site collects. There are no analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party ad scripts on sjoerdmaas.com.

Why I collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, whether that's a strategy call, a speaking request or a general question. I don't use your details for marketing unless you separately opt in elsewhere, such as the book waitlist on theceoparent.eu, which has its own privacy terms.

How it's stored
Submitted enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet and I get a notification email. Access is limited to me. I don't sell, rent or share your data with third parties.

How long I keep it
For as long as it's relevant to our conversation, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we go on to work together, in which case normal business record-keeping applies.

Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, or delete it. Email sjoerd@sjoerdmaas.com and I'll handle it within a reasonable time, typically a few days.

Changes
If this policy changes, the update will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
